A five storey commercial development with full basement in the heart of the Seef district. The design of the building minimizes circulation space thus ensuring the developer good returns on his investment.

The project is fairly unique in Bahrain being clad in traditional European brickwork. Indeed the elevations too are fairly typical of modern European design whilst the materials used were carefully selected for the hash Middle East environment.
