Description:

Construction of an ornamental pre-cast concrete clock tower with decorative lighting and landscaping. Being constructed in the middle of an existing roundabout complicated the project.

The project incorporated some unique features such as the verdigris copper dome, clock with chime system, central staircase giving access to all areas.
