Description:
The prestigious and five star Race Track Marina Yacht Club is located on the finger wharf in the south east portion of Yas Island Development at the entrance of the Race Track Marina. The area is located immediately adjacent the race track and is bound on three sides by water with all services and access only available from the south side.The design consultant for the project is OMIROS ONE ARCHITECT.
Scope of Components
The components that comprise the Race Track Marina Yacht Club are:
• Marina Management Offices including Harbour master Office.
• Exclusive Yacht Club.
• Private Restrooms / Laundry Facilities.
• Public Restroom Facilities.
• Crew Lounge (with Restrooms, Shower, laundry, TV,
Comfortable lounge, Mini Kitchen).
• Marina Maintenance Building.
• Marina Employee area (Break/Lunch, Clock in-out, Apparel
change).
• Yacht Brokerage Offices.
• Stores for Sundries, Food, Ice and Basic chandlery items.
• Refuse Collection Area.
• Parking Areas (for Entire Marina).
• Underground Fuel Storage.
• Access roads (Large enough to accommodate a fuel truck to
supply fuel dock).
• Foot paths, Circulation areas, Landscaping, External
Lighting, Screens and Fencing.
• Restaurants, Prayer Rooms, Mini Market.
All of the above components are located on the Finger Wharf area. All facilities are to be located within Two Buildings – a Services Building and Yacht Club Building.
