Description:
Located in the heart of Manama, on Khalifa bin Salman Highway in the up and coming Seef District, the 150,000-square-metres shopping complex will offer over 360 stores which will appeal to a wide range of shoppers and visitors. The project comprises the construction of several distinct and challenging areas:-
Retail Mall: Over 360 top brand stores; 16,000 mē (172,000 sq.feet) the first largest Carrefour Hypermarket in the country; 20 Screen Cineco Cinema totaling 8,000 mē (Accommodating 4,500 seats; 86,000 sq.feet) - the largest cinema complex in the region and another 45,000 mē spread over ten major anchor stores.
Hotels: Two Hotels (one four star and one five star)-with a combined 550 rooms.
Leisure: Family entertainment centre for children and young adults, Magic Planet, totaling 5,500 mē; biggest indoor water park in the region, totaling 10,000 mē.
Dining: 40 food outlets and restaurants, offering international and local cuisine.
Car Parking: 170,000m2 mutli storey car park to accommodate over 5,500 cars
