Description:
Complete interior fit-out of two hotels in the Bahrain City Centre with a total of 460 rooms, lobbies, catering. Restaurants and all back of house functions. There will be two separate themes of the hotels, a 5 star Kempinski and a 4 star Ixir which will be the first of a new brand of hotels owned by MAFI. MAFI have developed a team of internationally reputed consultants to ensure that the interior design and operation of the hotels is world class and Cebarco is pleased to be part of this team.Cebarco is presently completing the shell and external envelope of the buildings under a separated contract with MAFI which is planned to be open for trading in 4th Quarter 2008. The two hotels will be a major focal point in the Bahrain City Center development. |
